1. Creams Used Before Laser Epilation

These creams help prepare the skin for the laser procedure.

 

a) Anesthetic Creams (Pain Reducing)

Emla Cream: Contains lidocaine and prilocaine, reduces pain by numbing the skin.

Anestol Pomade: Contains lidocaine, applied to small areas.

Dr. Numb: A cream with a strong anesthetic effect.

How to Use?

 

It is applied as a thin layer 30-45 minutes before the laser.

The effect can be increased by covering it with stretch film.

It should be removed immediately before the procedure.

 

2. Creams Used After Laser Epilation

It is used to soothe the skin and prevent irritation after the procedure.

 

a) Soothing and Moisturizing Creams

Bepanthol Cream: Moisturizes the skin and reduces irritation.

Madecassol Cream: Contains Centella asiatica, supports skin regeneration.

Aloe vera gel: It has a natural soothing effect, relieves redness.

 

Sudocrem: Contains zinc oxide, protects sensitive skin.

 

b) Cortisone Creams (For Severe Irritation)

Advantan Cream

Fucidin H Cream

Hipocort Cream

Note: Cortisone creams should not be used for a long time, they should be used with a doctor's advice.

 

3. Sunscreens After Laser Epilation

Since the skin is sensitive after laser, sunscreens with a high protection factor should definitely be used.

Summary

Before: Pain-reducing anesthetic creams can be used.
