The fat injection process consists of three stages.

3. Injecting the adipose tissue into the face
Now I want to explain how these steps are done.
Removing adipose tissue from the body; Adipose tissue can be taken from all parts of the body where there is fat. Especially the belly, hips and inner thighs are preferred. The reason why these areas are preferred is that it is easy to remove fat and everyone has more or less adipose tissue in these areas. We mostly use the belly area to get fat. First, we anesthetize the navel area with a local anesthetic containing lidocaine. Then we aspirate the adipose tissue with negative pressure using a 3mm cannula. We plan to take 10-20 cc of oil in each session. Since it is anesthetized in this way, the procedure does not cause much discomfort to the person and is completed in about 30 minutes. Since the amount of fat taken is small, there is no collapse or defect in the forehead area. Since the cannula is thin, there is no scar at the cannula insertion site, and it heals in a few days. Some patients may have slight bruises, these bruises heal spontaneously in a maximum of one week and do not need any treatment. Oil removal is a serious medical procedure. Sterile disposable instruments must be used.
The fat you take for the fat injection process does not provide regional thinning in the area where the fat is taken. Because the amount of fat taken is 10-20 cc, that is very little. So little fat does not cause regional thinning.
Preparing adipose tissue for injection; It is necessary to clean the taken adipose tissue from blood fibrin and drugs given for local anesthesia. Because the presence of these substances determines the adhesion rate of the oil, that is, how much of it will be permanent. To purify the oil, there are methods such as washing the oil, centrifuging it, that is, rapidly spinning it. In the literature, the success rate was found to be higher in the methods that cause the least damage to the adipose tissue. Therefore, we use the oil precipitation method. In other words, when we keep the taken oil upside down in the injector for a while, since the oil is lighter than water, the oil stays up and the blood and liquid stays down. In this way, we can separate the pure adipose tissue above. The adipose tissue, which is separated from blood and other fluids, is passed through special filters and thinned according to the area to be given. In this way, fluidity that can be injected is provided.
We took the adipose tissue and made it ready for injection.
Now we start the oil injection into the face.
Injection of adipose tissue into the face, adipose tissue is injected into the face in two ways. The first is to create volume. Tissue loss occurs in the temples, cheekbones, tear trough, nasolabial and lip edges due to aging of the face. This tissue loss occurs due to collapse and folds. These gaps can be filled with oil injection. Filling these gaps gives the face its reduced volume and at the same time moves the face upwards as before. In other words, it pulls up the skin that sagging down due to aging and provides lifting. Thus, it gives a younger, dynamic image. The injection made to give volume to the face is made in the form of deep, fat filling.
The second injection form of fat injection is superficial. There is a large amount of fat-derived stem cells in the adipose tissue. When the adipose tissue is passed through fine filters and thinned, the adipose tissue is broken down. We obtain a more liquid material containing oil-derived stem cells, thus passing through thinner needles. When we inject adipose tissue-derived stem cells into the skin with very fine needles, we benefit from the skin regeneration effect of stem cells. With this second method, it is possible to reduce fine wrinkles and spots because stem cells rejuvenate the skin.
